Hitex Confectionery is a contract manufacturing company, we develop and produce a wide range of products for the sports and health food industry.
Our range includes low carbohydrate & high protein confectionery products namely: single or multi-layer bars, raw and paleo, fruit & nut bars and we are a leader in the production of high quality panned balls with high protein or fruit centres.
We have the ability to produce gluten free and organic products on request and are continually diversifying our product range with new developments.

ABOUT US
Hitex Confectionery’s manufacturing facility was established in 2010 by Sam Briskin after a short retirement from his previous position as managing director at Fontelle Australia and owner of Healthy Snack Pty Ltd.
